If you have not read part one, “Only For Him”… do not continue! (You have been warned! Oh and for my review of “Only For Him” click here…) Thank you Mill Creek Press for allowing me to read and review!
So… we leave off with Emma in college. Not the college of her choice, but college nonetheless. She’s holding down quite a few jobs to take care of her and her daughter with Grayson, Cally. She’s in the mourning process over the death of Grayson… there’s a few complications… one, he’s actually not dead… and two… he has no idea they have a child.
Just when she feels like maybe she can move on, Gray reaches out to her! Both are full of emotions and things they wished they would have said. It’s time to lay it all out on the line! Yes, it does end in a cliffhanger… but depending on your outlook, it could be quite funny.
While I LOVED “Only For Him”, this does have the same emotional connection that you had in the first part. You saw Emma grow as a person. She’s had to be strong in some not so great moments, but that’s why you root for her. You get to know a LOT more about Gray and why he is the way he is. It’s heartbreaking… and I loved it!
